Hurray! And for the record, it's "stupid-ass-cancer" as well as stupid-ass cancer and "stupid, ass cancer"...
I keep thinking about your resistance to blogging about your "non-chemo" life - and I think that I am feeling somewhat the same. I passively struggled to even thank the many friends/family that contributed money in support of my LiveStrong ride in June - not because I didn't appreciate their generosity, but because I do not make the time to type down my thoughts as they relate to cancer as much as I used to.
In late 2006 I was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. In October I had surgery to remove 10 inches of colon, my uterus and my left ovary (where the cancer had spread). In December I celebrated my 34th birthday and then started 6 months of chemo. And I have lived to tell the tale...
